3. Consent
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give through the checkboxes on our forms. Giving consent for WhatsApp contact is optional. You can withdraw consent at any time on the Your Data Rights page; withdrawing is as easy as giving it. After withdrawal we stop using and delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it.
4. Children (students under 18)
- Our forms ask whether you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enter their details and give consent.
- We do not do tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children. Analytics is switched off on a browser once a student says they are under 18.
- If you are a parent and believe your child gave us data without your consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
5. Who we share data with
- WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms): your name, email and phone are sent to our team's WhatsApp so we are notified of a new demo request.
- Our web hosting provider: stores the website and database on its servers.
- Google (Tag Manager / Analytics): only if you accepted analytics cookies.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
6. How long we keep data
All demo requests, quiz results, consent records and click data are automatically deleted 3 months after they were created. A request you make on the "Your Data Rights" page is kept until it is resolved and then for 3 more months, so we can show we handled it. Security logs about attacks may be kept longer to investigate them.
7. How we protect data
Parameterised database queries (protection against SQL injection), a web application firewall, CAPTCHA and rate limiting on forms, HTTPS, password-protected admin panel with CSRF protection, restricted access to data files, and automatic deletion of old data. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the affected people as required by law.
